What data is stored

User account

Name, username, email and password; the password only as an irreversible hash.

Plans

Title, time, description, location, repeat, reminder and the companions you invite.

Telegram

Only your numeric Telegram account ID, so your messages reach the right account. We have no access to your contacts or other chats.

Notifications

Technical data of notification subscriptions on devices you enabled.

Payment

The plan, amount and receipt image you send. We never receive or store your bank card details.

Usage stats

Daily item and voice counts, to apply plan limits.

Voice notes

The voice note you send to the bot @Calbzr_bot you send is processed only to convert it to text. Speech-to-text is done by an AI service that receives the audio only for this purpose. Audio files are not stored on our servers; only the recognized text is used to build the preview, and nothing is saved until you confirm it.

How we use your data

• Showing plans in the calendar and sending reminders and the daily digest.
• Shared events are shown only to people you invited.
• Activating and renewing subscriptions after reviewing receipts.
• Fixing errors and improving the service, using technical logs without your plan content.

Share with others

your data we don’t sell and we don’t give it to any third party, except services whose job SayDo They are necessary for hosting the site, sending Telegram messages and notifications, and converting speech to text. These services only receive the data needed for that job. If legally required, only the minimum necessary is provided.

Phone calendar link

If you create a subscription link for iPhone or Google Calendar, anyone with that link can see your plans. Don’t share it with anyone. At any time from Settings ← Phone calendar ← New link Create a new link so the previous one stops working.

Retention and deletion

• Data is kept while your account is active.
• Unconfirmed bot previews are deleted after at most one day.
• Disconnect Telegram any time from settings.
• Email us to fully delete your account and all data; it’s done within 7 business days.

Security

Encrypted connection to the site (HTTPS) , passwords are hashed and payment receipts are visible only to you and the service admin.
